Design and development of new website features for a sports and music curation startup, working directly with the founding team.
The challenge
Koble needed new user-facing features designed and shipped on a live product without disrupting existing users. The founding team wanted one person who could take features from concept to production, not separate designers and developers with a handoff gap.
The solution
I designed the new features first, validated them with the team, then implemented them directly in the codebase. Working end to end kept iterations fast: what was approved in design is exactly what shipped, and feedback loops took hours instead of weeks.
